NAISS User Forum and All Hands 2023

NAISS User Forum and NAISS All Hands program 5-6 December 2023

Venue: Collegium, Teknikringen 7, Linköping

Dear all,

It is time to sign up for the NAISS Users Forum (NUF) to be held lunch-to-lunch 5-6 December in Linköping.

The User forum is the chance for all NAISS users, representing all diverse fields of science, to bring forward their views and perspectives on NAISS. Our infrastructure organization is in its its first year and stand before large investments and strategic decisions. So it is a crucial time to make your voice heard. We hope to see you in Linköping in December.

The NUF is held in parallell with the first NAISS all-hands meeting, bringing together the staff from across Sweden, working with or in close collaboration with NAISS. The all-hands meeting will share part of the program with the NUF, while some sessions will be distinct. We also plan for an extra afternoon program for the staff, after the closing of the NUF, on December 6.

Registration Fee

Due to current tax regulations, NAISS needs to charge a registration fee of 150 SEK per person from all external participants. Registration fee will be requested from the respective university afterwards, a grand total for all participants together from the university in question.

When you are going to book a hotel in Linköping, you can primarily choose either Scandic Frimurarehotellet or Scandic Linköping Väst where you can get a better price if you state a discount code:
