Installation of Arrhenius system underway

The bulk part of the new Arrhenius supercomputer was delivered to us in early December. It is now being installed by Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). The storage system and sensitive data partition will arrive in the upcoming weeks.

“After overseeing the procurement and setup of Arrhenius for more than two years, it is extremely gratifying to see HPE assemble the system in the new computer hall. Many thanks to all colleagues who have dedicated themselves to this project and are now able to enjoy a well-deserved Christmas break,” says Arrhenius Project Manager Gert Svensson.
