NAISS Large Fall and LUMI Sweden 2026 calls announced

The 2026 Large Fall and LUMI Sweden calls are now open. This is the first Large round in which Arrhenius replaces all previous NAISS systems.

To encourage our largest users to apply for EuroHPC JU resources, there are now upper limits to the capacity that can be requested, both for individual resources and for the sum of compute resources.

The publication lists for earlier NAISS projects should not be included as text in the uploaded Activity Report pdfs. Instead, publications resulting from the projects (and acknowledging the use of NAISS resources) should be entered via DOIs (digital object identifiers) in our SUPR database. This will enable us to better keep track of the large scientific output resulting from the use of our resources.

Regarding LUMI Sweden, the LUMI-C (CPU) partition is no longer considered a supplementary resource to LUMI-G (GPU). We will accept Large requests for LUMI-C only.
